Sampa Lhundrup (Wish Fulfilling Prayer) is a powerful protection prayer written by Guru Rinpoche.
This practice is said to be effective in helping us and others achieve good fortune and protection from all types of calamities—including natural catastrophes such as fires, earthquakes, and storms; the arrival of invaders (in the prayer, referred to as Hor, or Mongols, but having the meaning of invaders such as those who break into your house and your personal information; and harm from robbers and murderers. Through recitation we can attain our wishes quickly and overcome obstacles on our path to enlightenment. Kyabje Dodrupchen Rinpoche advised the Chagdud sangha to accumulate repetitions of this prayer.
